Our Founder – İbrahim Bozan

İbrahim Bozan, the founder of IBEGEGROUP, is one of the well-known names in Türkiye's real estate and title deed legislation, leading the sector.

  • In 1992, he worked as the Istanbul Beşiktaş Land Registry Director.
  • In 1998, he worked as the Istanbul Şişli Land Registry Director.
  • In 2000, he worked as the Istanbul Kadıköy Land Registry Director.
  • In 2006, he worked as the Istanbul Sarıyer Land Registry Director.
  • In 2008, he served as Istanbul Land Registry and Cadastre Regional Deputy Director and Acting Regional Director.
  • İbrahim BOZAN’ın kurucusu olduğu IBEGEGROUP, elli bini aşkın konut ve ofisi yöneten/yönetmiş ve yüz bine yakın konuta Yönetim Planı, İşletme Senaryoları ve İşletme Bütçeleri hazırlamış, ayrıca son beş yılda çeşitli fon ve gruplara gayrimenkul pazarlamış bir emlak ve danışmanlık şirketidir.

  • During his time at the Edirne Land Registry Directorate, İbrahim BOZAN contributed to the real estate sector by lecturing on Real Estate Legislation and Land Registry Practices at Trakya University and speaking at various panels and conferences. He has published numerous articles and essays on the subject.
  • Halen Galatasaray Kültür Sanat Spor Derneği yönetim kurulu üyesidir.

  • In addition to working as an active football referee and referee observer for a period, İbrahim BOZAN also served as the President of Sarıyer Sports Club.

Education

  • İbrahim BOZAN; ilk ve ortaokul öğrenimini İzmir’de tamamladıktan sonra Ankara’da Tapu ve Kadastro Meslek Lisesini bitirdi. Rize ve Uşak Kadastro Müdürlüklerinde çalışırken yüksek öğrenimine devam ederek, 1983 yılında Gazi Üniversitesi İktisadi ve İdari Bilimler Fakültesi Tapu-Kadastrodan mezun oldu.
  • 1994 yılında Harp Akademileri Komutanlığı Milli Güvenlik Akademisini bitirmiştir. Anadolu Üniversitesi Kamu Yönetimini bitirmiş olup halen Ankara Üniversitesi Fen Bilimleri Enstitüsü Gayrimenkul Geliştirme ve Yönetimi bölümünde Yüksek Lisansa devam etmektedir.
