Kendisini bir \u2018Sar\u0131yer sevdal\u0131s\u0131\u2019 olarak tan\u0131mlayan Bozan; Sar\u0131yer Spor Kul\u00fcb\u00fcnden Zekeriyak\u00f6y\u2019e, oda ba\u015fkanl\u0131\u011f\u0131ndan IB Ege Group\u2019a, emlak sekt\u00f6r\u00fcnden g\u00fcndeme kadar geni\u015f yelpazede samimi a\u00e7\u0131klamalarda bulundu.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>\u201cEn b\u00fcy\u00fck miras\u0131m Sar\u0131yer ba\u015fkanl\u0131\u011f\u0131\u201d<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>2009-2010 y\u0131llar\u0131nda Sar\u0131yer Spor Kul\u00fcb\u00fc Ba\u015fkanl\u0131\u011f\u0131 yapan \u0130brahim Bozan, \u00e7ocuk ya\u015flardan beri futbola b\u00fcy\u00fck sevgi duydu\u011funu s\u00f6yledi. Gen\u00e7li\u011finde amat\u00f6r olarak futbol oynad\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 belirten Bozan, \u201cG\u00f6ztepe\u2019nin \u00e7e\u015fitli ya\u015f kategorilerinde amat\u00f6r olarak futbol oynad\u0131m. 5912 lisans numaras\u0131yla 1983 y\u0131l\u0131na dayanan hakemlik ge\u00e7mi\u015fim var. K\u0131sa hakemlik maceram\u0131n ard\u0131ndan hakem g\u00f6zlemcili\u011fi yapt\u0131m. Do\u011fma b\u00fcy\u00fcme Sar\u0131yerli de\u011filim ancak kendimi Sar\u0131yer\u2019e ait hissediyorum. Bu sevgiyle Sar\u0131yer Spor Kul\u00fcb\u00fcnde uzun y\u0131llar y\u00f6neticilik yapt\u0131m. Daha sonra 2009-2010 y\u0131llar\u0131nda ba\u015fkanl\u0131k g\u00f6revini \u00fcstlendim. Torunlar\u0131ma b\u0131rakaca\u011f\u0131m en b\u00fcy\u00fck miras Sar\u0131yer Spor Kul\u00fcb\u00fc ba\u015fkanlar\u0131 aras\u0131nda yer alm\u0131\u015f olmamd\u0131r. Ben her ne kadar \u0130zmir\u2019de do\u011fmu\u015f olsam da Sar\u0131yer\u2019i bir ba\u015fka seviyorum. Bu nedenle ilk \u00f6nce Sar\u0131yerliyim sonra Galatasarayl\u0131y\u0131m daha sonra G\u00f6zetepeliyim\u201d dedi.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>\u201cSar\u0131yer\u2019i daha iyi yerlerde g\u00f6rmek istiyoruz\u201d<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Sporun toplumlar i\u00e7in birle\u015ftirici unsur oldu\u011funa dikkat \u00e7eken \u0130brahim Bozan, \u015f\u00f6yle devam etti: \u201cSpor camialar\u0131 ve meslek \u00f6rg\u00fctleri siyasetten uzak ve partiler \u00fcst\u00fc olmal\u0131. Ancak bu \u015fekilde olduklar\u0131 zaman fayda sa\u011flayabilirler. Sar\u0131yer Spor Kul\u00fcb\u00fc hem bizim d\u00f6nemimizde hem de sonras\u0131nda siyasalla\u015fmadan futbola hizmet ediyor. Bizler y\u0131llar\u0131n k\u00f6kl\u00fc camias\u0131 Sar\u0131yer\u2019i daha iyi yerlerde g\u00f6rmek istiyoruz. Maalesef ekonomik ko\u015fullar kul\u00fcb\u00fc bir yere kadar getirebiliyor. Sar\u0131yer olarak sabretmemiz laz\u0131m. Gen\u00e7leri tak\u0131ma takviye ederek, uzun s\u00fcre birlikte oynayan, Sar\u0131yerlilik bilinci kazanan oyunculara ihtiyac\u0131m\u0131z var. Sar\u0131yer emekli futbolcu ve antren\u00f6r cenneti. Ne yaz\u0131k ki biz bunlar\u0131 gen\u00e7lerle bir araya getirip bilgi ve birikimlerinden faydaland\u0131ramad\u0131k.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>\u201cBir kez daha Sar\u0131yer\u2019e ba\u015fkan olmak isterim\u201d<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Sar\u0131yer Spor Kul\u00fcb\u00fc\u2019nde ba\u015fkanl\u0131k yapt\u0131\u011f\u0131 d\u00f6neme dair de\u011ferlendirmelerde bulunan Bozan, \u201c2009-2010 y\u0131llar\u0131ndaki ba\u015fkanl\u0131\u011f\u0131ma bakt\u0131\u011f\u0131m zaman Sar\u0131yer\u2019e katt\u0131klar\u0131m\u0131z\u0131n yan\u0131nda bug\u00fcn, \u2018Ke\u015fke \u015funu \u015f\u00f6yle yapsayd\u0131k\u2019 dedi\u011fim \u015feyler de var. Bunlar tecr\u00fcbeyle de ilgili. E\u011fer ekonomik \u015fartlar ve kul\u00fcp ko\u015fullar\u0131 el verir, camiam\u0131zdan da davet gelirse bir kez daha Sar\u0131yer\u2019de ba\u015fkanl\u0131k yapmak isterim. Bunun i\u00e7in \u00f6n haz\u0131rl\u0131k yapmak, yap\u0131lanmak ve sistemli olmak laz\u0131m\u201d diye konu\u015ftu.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>\u201cZekeriyak\u00f6y, villalar k\u00f6y\u00fc olarak kalmal\u0131\u201d<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Sar\u0131yer il\u00e7esinin d\u00fcnyada e\u015fi benzeri olmayan g\u00fczelliklere sahip oldu\u011funu vurgulayan \u0130brahim Bozan, \u201c\u0130l\u00e7enin sahip oldu\u011fu bu yap\u0131y\u0131 korumam\u0131z laz\u0131m. Zekeriyak\u00f6y, Uskumruk\u00f6y gibi \u00f6zel mahallelerde yo\u011fun yap\u0131la\u015fmaya izin verilmemeli. Zekeriyak\u00f6y\u2019\u00fcn rezidans b\u00f6lgesi de\u011fil villalar k\u00f6y\u00fc olarak kalmas\u0131n\u0131 tercih ederim. Aksi halde b\u00f6lgenin kendine has dokusunu kaybederiz. Zekeriyak\u00f6y\u2019e kat kat binalar in\u015fa eder, b\u00f6lgeyi adeta Bah\u00e7ek\u00f6y haline getirirseniz her \u015feyi mahvedersiniz. Yeni bir yasa haz\u0131rlanma s\u00fcreci g\u00fcndemdeydi. Hem \u0130stanbul\u2019da hem T\u00fcrkiye genelinde, odalar aras\u0131nda bir anla\u015fmazl\u0131k vard\u0131. Herkes mesle\u011fe iyi niyetle hizmet etmesine ra\u011fmen farkl\u0131 farkl\u0131 taslaklar \u00e7\u0131k\u0131yordu. G\u00f6reve geldi\u011fimizde ilk olarak \u0130stanbul\u2019daki odalar aras\u0131nda birlikteli\u011fi ve uyumu sa\u011flad\u0131k. Daha sonra Ankara, \u0130zmir, Bursa, Samsun, Kayseri gibi farkl\u0131 \u015fehirlerdeki oda temsilcileriyle ortak yol izlemeye ba\u015flad\u0131k. 13 \u015eubat 2015 tarihinde T\u00fcrkiye\u2019deki t\u00fcm sekt\u00f6r temsilcilerini \u0130TO\u2019da bir araya getirdik ve ortak yasal metne imza att\u0131k. 16 farkl\u0131 ilde toplant\u0131lar ve \u00e7al\u0131\u015ftaylar d\u00fczenledik. Emlak komisyon oranlar\u0131n\u0131 y\u00fczde 2\u2019den y\u00fczde 3\u2019e \u00e7\u0131kard\u0131k\u201d dedi.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>\u201cGayrimenkul Bilimler Fak\u00fcltesi kurulmas\u0131n\u0131 istiyoruz\u201d<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Piyasadaki emlak\u00e7\u0131lar\u0131n y\u00fczde 80\u2019inin e\u011fitim almad\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 kaydeden Bozan, \u201cYeni yeni meslek y\u00fcksek okullar\u0131 olu\u015fmaya ba\u015flad\u0131. Biz sekt\u00f6rdeki e\u011fitimli insan a\u00e7\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 gidermek i\u00e7in \u0130stanbul Ticaret \u00dcniversitesinde Emlak\u00e7\u0131l\u0131k E\u011fitim Sertifika programlar\u0131 olu\u015fturduk. Bug\u00fcne kadar 100 arkada\u015f\u0131m\u0131z sertifikalar\u0131n\u0131 ald\u0131. E\u011fitimlerimiz devam ediyor. Y\u00fcksek \u00f6\u011fretim alan\u0131nda da \u00e7abalar\u0131m\u0131z var. \u00d6n\u00fcm\u00fczdeki d\u00f6nem daha eylemsel i\u015flere imza ataca\u011f\u0131z. Biz T\u00fcrkiye\u2019de Gayrimenkul Bilimler Fak\u00fcltesi kurulmas\u0131n\u0131 istiyoruz. Buradan \u00e7\u0131kacak \u00f6\u011frencilerin bran\u015flara ayr\u0131lmas\u0131n\u0131, daha kalifiye meslek gruplar\u0131n\u0131n gelmesini ama\u00e7l\u0131yoruz\u201d diye konu\u015ftu.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>\u201cEn b\u00fcy\u00fck sorunumuz kay\u0131t d\u0131\u015f\u0131 emlak\u00e7\u0131l\u0131k\u201d<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Sekt\u00f6rdeki en b\u00fcy\u00fck sorunun kay\u0131t d\u0131\u015f\u0131 emlak\u00e7\u0131l\u0131k oldu\u011funu belirten \u0130TO Emlak M\u00fc\u015favirleri Odas\u0131 Ba\u015fkan\u0131 \u0130brahim Bozan, bununla ilgili m\u00fccadele verdiklerini s\u00f6yledi. Bozan, \u015f\u00f6yle devam etti: \u201cBen ayn\u0131 zamanda \u0130TO Meclis \u00dcyesiyim. Emlak\u00e7\u0131l\u0131k, d\u00fcnyada sayg\u0131n bir meslek. Biz bunu T\u00fcrkiye\u2019de daha sayg\u0131n bir hale getirmek zorunday\u0131z. Avrupa ve ABD men\u015feli kurumsal emlak firmalar\u0131 var. Yerli firmalar\u0131n bunlarla rekabet edebilmeleri g\u00fc\u00e7le\u015fiyor.
